Philia is for honest questions between people who know each other—not for pressure, humiliation, surveillance, or abuse.
What belongs here
- Respectful questions that are easy to decline.
- Feelings shared without demands or guilt.
- Clues based on shared memories, not personal data.
- Adult questions only when everyone involved is 18+ and opts in.
What does not
- Threats, hate, bullying, stalking, coercion, or repeated unwanted contact.
- Sharing private details or another person’s identity.
- Child sexual abuse, grooming, exploitation, trafficking, or sexual requests involving a minor.
- Non-consensual sexual content, impersonation, scams, blackmail, or bypassing a block.
Report and block
Every matched conversation provides Report and Block controls. Blocking closes chat and prevents future matches. A reporter may explicitly attach selected decrypted text messages; Philia never silently copies peer chat or attaches images.
Child safety response
Philia is 18+ and has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse or exploitation. Confirmed material is removed and reported to the appropriate authority when required.
Enforcement
Risky questions and messages may be blocked. Reports can lead to removal, conversation limits, suspension, permanent removal, and legally required escalation.
