Consent is the condition of entry.
These Terms govern Philia. By creating or using an account, you accept these Terms and the Community Guidelines. If you disagree, do not use the service.
Adults only
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Provide truthful eligibility information and never help a minor access Philia. Additional age assurance may be required for sensitive features.
Known people, mutual choice
Philia is for respectful invitations between people who know each other. Never discover strangers, evade a block, expose an identity, pressure an answer, or treat silence as consent. Identity reveal and chat require both matched people to accept.
Your content
You are responsible for questions, clues, profile images, reports, and messages you submit. You grant Philia only the rights needed to transmit, moderate, secure, and operate that content. Illegal, deceptive, threatening, hateful, exploitative, or privacy-invasive material is prohibited.
Zero tolerance for child exploitation
Child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexualization of minors, trafficking, or attempts to obtain sexual content from a minor are prohibited. Philia may preserve evidence, remove access, and report confirmed material when required.
Moderation and safety
Philia may block risky submissions and review reports. A reporter chooses which decrypted peer messages become evidence; ordinary peer chat is not stored. Actions may include removal, feature limits, suspension, permanent removal, or legal escalation.
Payments
Digital credits never purchase consent, identity, an answer, or chat access. Store builds use platform billing where required. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and follow the applicable store’s expiry rules.
Accounts and deletion
Keep credentials secure and report unauthorized access. Account deletion removes active data except narrowly retained fraud, payment, legal, or safety evidence described in the Privacy Notice.
Service availability
Philia may change, pause, or end features to protect users, comply with law, or maintain the service. No service can guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of every user statement.
